Taste of Denmark will be on Saturday, July 16th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Viborg-Hurley School cafeteria.

For the past several years we have been feeding the Dane in you with our variety of open-faced sandwiches that are so beautifully decorated that you almost hate to eat them. The sandwiches are made with things like rullepolse, roast beef, ham, egg salad, and even havarti cheese. As a side dish to your sandwich, how about some sweet soup or aebblekage; not to mention many mouth watering puff pastries from which to choose? Then, top it all off with the favorite Danish drink – coffee!
